These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ZexeLabs website, ZexeStock software, documentation, support services, and any related products or services provided by ZexeTech SRL, trading as ZexeLabs (“ZexeLabs”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing our website, purchasing ZexeStock Pro, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.

3. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
Website
means zexelabs.com.
Product
means the ZexeStock WordPress plugin.
Free Version
means the version distributed without charge, including through WordPress.org once published.
Pro Version
means the commercial version licensed through Freemius.
Customer
means any individual or business purchasing a commercial license.
Subscription
means a recurring annual license purchased through Freemius.
4. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
If you use ZexeStock on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
5. Purchases
ZexeStock Pro licenses are sold through Freemius, which acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout.
Freemius is responsible for processing payments, subscriptions, applicable taxes, invoices, and payment-related customer services.
Your purchase may also be subject to Freemius’ applicable legal terms.
6. License Plans
Licenses are available for:
- One site
- Three sites
- Five sites
Each license may only be used on the number of websites included in the purchased plan.
7. Renewals
Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions automatically renew annually through Freemius.
Renewal pricing and billing are presented during checkout.
You may manage your subscription using the Freemius Customer Portal.
8. Free Version
The Free Version is provided without charge.
Support for the Free Version is generally provided through the WordPress.org support forum once the plugin is publicly available there.
Availability of support is not guaranteed.
9. Pro Version
An active Pro subscription provides access to premium features, software updates during the subscription term, and priority email support.
If a subscription expires or is cancelled, the plugin may continue operating with reduced functionality or revert to the functionality available under the free version, depending on the product design. Access to premium updates, premium features requiring an active license, and priority support may end.
10. Support
We make reasonable efforts to provide technical support to customers with an active subscription.
Support is provided by email and is intended to assist with the installation, configuration, and use of ZexeStock.
Support does not include custom development, third-party plugin troubleshooting, server administration, or consulting services unless expressly agreed in writing.
While we aim to respond promptly, response times are targets rather than guarantees.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the website or services unlawfully;
- interfere with our infrastructure;
- attempt to circumvent licensing mechanisms;
- knowingly distribute malware or harmful code through our services;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- misuse support services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights granted under any applicable open-source license governing portions of the software.
12. Intellectual Property
Except where distributed under an applicable open-source license, all trademarks, logos, branding, documentation, graphics, website content, and other intellectual property remain the property of ZexeTech SRL or its licensors.
“ZexeLabs” and “ZexeStock” are trademarks or trade names used by ZexeTech SRL.
13. Third-Party Services
ZexeStock integrates with or relies upon third-party services including Freemius for licensing and subscription management.
Your use of those services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
14. Availability
We strive to maintain the availability of our website and services but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
We may suspend, modify, or discontinue parts of the website or services for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website, ZexeStock, documentation, and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every hosting environment, WordPress installation, or WooCommerce configuration.
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and testing updates where practical before deploying them to production websites.
Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZexeTech SRL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, ZexeStock or related services.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
17. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed as described there.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be published on our website together with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the website or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
